Building a career across four countries
What studying and working in Nigeria, Norway, Iceland and Sweden has taught me about adapting.
Each move has asked me to learn a new workplace culture, new regulations and, often, a new language.
What has stayed constant is the work itself: food, water and the systems that keep them safe and sustainable.
Moving has made me a better listener and a more careful communicator, because I can never assume everyone shares the same starting point.
I now see that range as one of my strengths, and something I hope to bring to a team in Sweden.
